Ajit Kumar *Bharat was revered for harmony between the people and with the Nature. This 73rd Independence Day is the right time to remember, revive and recreate the rashtra (nation) we were. Right Environment, Equity and Equality is what we were and moving towards despite big bottlenecks.Health, help and happiness, Truth, Trust, Share and Care and Nothing is impossible. We shared, use barter, exchanged not only ideas, but products and services. This was the time when we were the best and richest, even in GDP (which I don’t consider to be the correct benchmark) and exports. Bharat had the resources to rule and control the world and Bhatiya people travelled across the world since centuries back. We had the best and biggest ships, one of which guided Vasco Da Gama to India. Almost all major scientific discovery, invention and innovation has its roots here or was inspired by Bhartiya.Jahan Daal daal pe Sone ki chiriya karti hai basera, wo Bharat desh hai mera… (where golden sparrow / bird lives on every branch, that Bharat nation is ours..).Once we treat everyone as our own, our family the problems become simpler. The Yoga Protocol 2018 prepared by best Yoga Gurus recommends a prayer to start with:Samgacchadhvam samvadadhvam sam vo manāmsi jānatām devā bhāgam yathā pūrve sanjānānā upāsate || May you move in harmony; may you speak in unison; let our mind be equanimous like in the beginninglet the divinity manifest in all your sacred endeavoursI have personally felt and experience the immense benefits of Yoga, Naturopath, Yoga and Panchgavya and positive and goof thoughts for all. I cured by acute Frozen shourder, knee and ankle pain and backache, stress and depression and high viral fever and near death experiences on many occasions. It is the best friend, guru and companion and the video prepared by the AYUSH department of the Government of India helped me immensely. The end of Yoga session also says a lot.You should take a Sankalpa (Resolution) at the end of the Yoga session followed by Shanti Path (Prayer for Peace). SANKALPA (in English) I commit myself to always be in a balanced state of mind. It is in this state that my highest self-development reaches its greatest possibility. I commit to do my duty to self, family, at work, to society, and to the world, for the promotion of peace, health and harmony.. Śantih Pātha (Prayer for Peace) Sarve Bhavantu Sukhinaḥ, Sarve Santu Nirāmayāḥ Sarve Bhadrāṇi Paśyantu, Mā kaścit Duḥkha Bhāgbhavet ¬ Aum Śāntiḥ Śāntiḥ Śāntiḥ May All become Happy, May All be Free from Illness. May All See what is Auspicious, May no one Suffer. Om Peace, Peace, Peace. If we can follow this and a path of balance that we learn here, focusing on our needs as well as of fellow human beings, the current day problems and the solutions developed globally as SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) in 2015 targeting its fulfilment by 2030.On our part, Khushigram was born in 2011 during one of the Seminars, part of the 7 years series at India Habitat Centre and non-profit society, The Oceanic Group and event managed by Radiance Media. There should good Planning and Integration so that everyone can access all necessary products and services closer home and it should be inclusive and sustainable. I feel very happy to see that Bharat’s leadership and many other nations and United Nations are also now moving in this direction.Request all to join us and the government and UN, let us all come together for a Clean, Green and world full of love, peace and harmony.Jai Hind, Jai Bharat, Jai Jagat!* Ajit Kumar is Founder, Khushigram, a Development and Happiness Thought Leader, Planner, Integrator and Implementer and Writer
