Delhi University creates Admission Support System with important advice and communication details
To help the prospective students, the
University has established an Admission Support System.
Information is available in all formats
a) Text – Bulletins of Information; b) Visuals: Infographics and flowcharts
illustrating the eligibility; and c) Videos: Webinars and video recordings of
filling the form.
Online support is being [provided
through ChatBots and emails. Candidates can write to ug@admission.du.ac.in
for queries related to Undergraduate admission, pg@admision.du.ac.in
for queries related to postgraduate admissions. A list of Frequently Asked
Questions (FAQs) is already available on the website of the University.
Helpdesk facilities have also been
established at the Admission Branch for candidates. They may call for any help
they wish to seek.
The Admission Branch has also announced
that they will be holding a series of which will cover aspects related to
filling the CSAS forms, uploading the correct certificate/document, reservation
policies, and other important aspects that the candidates must keep in mind
before selecting a Program and College. The webinars will be conducted in
bilingual mode.
The University of Delhi advises all prospective
students to keep checking the admission website of the University and their
dashboards regularly for all updates, schedules and guidelines related to
admissions. Failure to accept the allocated seat, pay the admission fees, and
respond to the queries raised by the College will lead to rejection of the
allocated seat.
