The National Commission for Minorities (NCM) organised the National Minorities’ Rights Day at the Dr Ambedkar Bhawan on December 18.
The descendants of the first 'Panj Piyare' were also among the visitors who have a huge historical legacy attached to them. When Guru Gobind Singh Ji Maharaj incepted Sikhism he inducted Five Beloved (highest order) to save Khalsa. These Sikh gentlemen are the descendants of Bhai Daya Singh Ji, and Bhai Dharam Singh Ji. Bhai Daya Singh Ji was the first to offer his head to Guru Maharaj.
