MDNIY, was presented during the Valediction Ceremony of the National Learning

during the workday. Designed to be easily incorporated into daily routines, the
programme includes simple Yoga asanas, Pranayamas, and relaxation techniques
that can be practiced at the workstation, helping employees alleviate stress,
enhance focus, and improve productivity.
Dr. Samagandi thrusting on the utility of the Y-Break, stated,
“The tremendous success of the Y-Break programme reflects its significant
impact on government officials nationwide. This achievement underscores our
commitment to embedding wellness within the workplace, equipping public
servants with practices that foster both physical and mental resilience.
Y-Break helps to de-stress, refresh, and refocus in the working environment,
which in turn boosts work efficiency.”
The iGOT Karmayogi platform aims to enhance the capacity and
effectiveness of government officials through continuous learning. With
training modules ranging from technical skills to personal wellness, iGOT
offers government employees accessible learning opportunities that address the
varied demands of public service roles. The success of the Y-Break course on
this platform exemplifies the value of wellness-oriented training, setting a
precedent for a holistic approach to workforce development that prioritises
employee health as a foundation for effective governance.
