Stay Fit Run Noida tomorrow to support Physical and Mental Health Awareness
Stay Fit Run Noida marks the launch of the pan-India Stay Fit Campaign, aiming to promote health awareness across Bharat, including in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities that stand to benefit most from accessible fitness programs.
The much-anticipated Stay Fit Run Noida is set to take place on
December 15, 2024, at Amity Global School, Sector 44, Noida. Organized to raise
awareness about physical and mental health, this dynamic running event is
expected to draw over 1,200 participants from diverse backgrounds who will
unite to champion fitness, wellness, and a balanced lifestyle. Stay Fit Run
Noida marks the launch of the pan-India Stay Fit Campaign, aiming to promote
health awareness across Bharat, including in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities that
stand to benefit most from accessible fitness programs.
Curated by the Stay Fit Run Team—led by sports and media
professionals such as ace runner Ramanjit Singh Oberoi (Senior Race Director),
Yashwinder Paal Singh (Co-Race Director), Sunil Ghuge (Senior PR and Social
Activist), Meena Ghuge (Social Activist), and Pragnya Das Singh (Head Event
Curator)—this event promises to be a significant sporting occasion for Noida.
Oberoi, an inspiring 65-year-old race director, emphasizes, “Age is just a
number when we focus on our physical and mental health correctly.”

Dr Sunita
Godara, the Celebrity Sports Ambassador of Stay Fit Run is an eminent
international athlete marathoner and 1992 Asian Marathon Gold medallist. She
leads the Health Fitness Trust. She has won international marathons with two
Asian Medals, 25 Golds, 12 Silvers & 13 Bronze across the globe in 26 countries.
In 1992 she won the 3rd Asian Marathon Championship Gold & in 1998 Asian
Championship Bronze in Bangkok Marathon. She ran the Boston Marathon in 1985
and the London Marathon twice in 1990 & 1992. She covered total of 130,000
Kms in training. She holds a Record of more than 200 international races in 26
countries that includes 76 Full marathons (42.2km), 123 Half Marathons (21km)
& 15 Road Races (10km) in her running carrier from 1984 to 2010.
