Madhubala's sister returns to Mumbai from New Zealand after being thrown away by her daughter-in-law

The entire country was shocked to hear the plight of Madhubala's 96-year-old sister Kaniz Balsara, who landed in Mumbai after facing neglect and apathy from her daughter-in-law in New Zealand. The old lady decided to come back to India fearing more torture after the death of her son Farooq. Balsara who landed in Mumbai from Aukland helpless has made the shocking allegation against daughter-in-law Sameena.

Her daughter Perveez who stays in Mumbai’s Bandra locality revealed that her mother went to New Zealand with her husband 17-18 years ago. Kaniz Balsara and her husband had gone to New Zealand nearly 18-years back to settle there as she could not stay away from her son Farooq and he too loved her mother immensely. Farooq was a very respected man working in the Correction Department there but his wife and Perveez's sister-in-law Sameena was not comfortable having them in her house and even disrespected them.

Perveez said not only this but Sameena never cooked food for the elderly people at home. Farooq used to get food for them from the nearby restaurant. Staying at Farroq's house was no less than a nightmare as their granddaughter (Sameena’s daughter) who stays in Australia after her marriage also ill-treated her grandparents.

Madhubala's niece said Sameena instead of giving the news of her mother's arrival called up her cousin. She said it was very difficult to rush back to Mumbai as she was in Palghar. Barely eight hours were there and they somehow managed to reach Mumbai to receive the old lady who came back totally shattered.

Perveez further alleged that Balsara did not even have enough funds to pay for her RTPCR (COVID) test when she arrived at Mumbai airport and she had to send in some money inside the airport for the test. The old lady came out and told her daughter that Farooq was dead. Perveez said her mother was hungry and asked for some food.

Perveez said her mother decided to come back to India as she apprehended Sameena would torture her even more as Farooq was no more and feared a life threat also.
