ELECRAMA 2025 Set to Illuminate the Future of Sustainable Energy in New Delhi

Union Power and New & Renewable Energy Minister R K Singh commends IEEMA on launch of ELECRAMA 2025


Union Power and New & Renewable Energy Minister RK Singh praised the Indian Electrical & Electronics Manufacturers’ Association (IEEMA) for launching the 16th edition of ELECRAMA, the world’s largest electrical show, set to take place in Delhi from February 22nd to 26th, 2025. Themed “Reimagining Energy for Sustainable Future,” the event is aimed at advancing dialogue and collaboration for a more sustainable energy ecosystem. ELECRAMA 2025 will gather industry leaders, policymakers, and stakeholders to discuss the latest innovations and solutions in the sector.


Singh recognized the event as a mirror to the government's efforts in transforming the power sector, highlighting the significant addition of 200 GW of generation capacity over the past nine years and the creation of a unified grid. He commended the introduction of new themes at ELECRAMA 2025, aligning with the government's vision for a sustainable future.


Chairperson, Central Electricity Authority & Ex-Officio Secretary, Ministry of Power, Ghanshyam Prasad, also supported the event’s alignment with industry goals and its focus on transitioning from conventional to non-conventional energy sources amidst current challenges.


IEEMA President Hamza Arsiwala emphasized ELECRAMA’s role in leading India towards an 'all-electric future', and building on previous successes to make the 2025 edition bigger and more impactful. Vice President Vikram Gandotra highlighted ELECRAMA 2025 as a groundbreaking showcase for new energy forms and technologies, anticipating substantial business inquiries and international participation.


Deepak Sharma, Managing Director & CEO, Schneider Electric India Pvt. Ltd., congratulated the IEEMA team for initiating ELECRAMA 2025, a platform that unites industry leaders and policymakers to promote innovative technologies and foster knowledge exchange. International support was also confirmed by representatives from the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany and the Embassy of France, alongside Schneider Electric India’s commitment to participate in the event.
