The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has temporarily closed down the entry of Gate No. 3 of Supreme Court Metro Station (Earlier Pragati Maidan) opening towards Gate No. 10 of Pragati Maidan due to overcrowding and less space. The commuters are requested to take Gate No. 1 while entering to board the metro.
The Radiance Media decided to take up the matter with the concerned authority owing to huge commotion and confusion among commuters. Many find it harassment to walk another half a mile to reach Gate No. 1. "We agree there should have been an intimation and it will be done. We have put a man who is announcing the change but a notification is important", said the DMRC authority who informed the space of Gate No. 1 is an ad-hoc arrangement and does not belong to DMRC also.

Those who are coming out of Gate No. 10 of Pragati Maidan ensure you walk straight and not take a turn to your right for Gate No. 3 but take Gate No. 1 instead. The station is a makeshift arrangement to make space for the crowd.
