In modern-day today space constraint has become a major concern for people especially residing in flats as there is not much vacant space. This has brought in the box furniture or foldable furniture. At the  40th India International Trade Fair (IITF) one stall that remained a major attraction with its range of foldable furniture was the Sarvamangla Industries.

The company which manufactures a wide range of foldable beds, tables, chairs, swings participated at IITF with their foldable bed, and a bunk bed. "We manufacture foldable furniture. People don't have space to keep huge furniture and prefer to buy foldable furniture", said Mukesh Kumar, owner of the company. Apart from these products, the company is planning to launch more products, "Sarvamangla Industries is planning to come with 10 new pieces of furniture before Holi festival. These too have been designed keeping the requirements of the people", added Kumar.

At IITF their foldable bed which is available in three sizes remained in huge demand and sold like hot cake. The best part about this product is it can be carried in a bag.  "We can make the furniture as per customer's demand from colour to design and even the material. "Our aim is customer's satisfaction", said Kumar. The bunk bed too was in great demand and people showed their interest as the design of the bed was extremely attractive. The bed had provision for light and charging the mobile phones.

"We had a brisk business at the IITF and have over 15,000 bookings that would be delivered in the next three to four months. I would say IITF was a wonderful experience. We have also made a few distributors", said Kumar who maintained that they have received immense support from the Government and hails Prime Minister Narendra Modi's slogan 'vocal for local' under the 'Make In India' programme as a big success.

Kumar informed them they would be taking part in a trade fair organised by the Saras during January 2022 in Patna. "We are expecting good business there as the place is quite big and we are going to display more products", said Kumar.
