BR Shankaranand, Bhartiye Sangathan Mantri of Bhartiye Shikshan Mandal, said that India's leadership model is not a form of arrogance but of a world guru. Shankaranand was speaking as the chief guest at the launch of a new program called MBA (Business Analytics) started by the Department of Commerce, University of Delhi. Presiding over the function on this occasion, Vice Chancellor of University of Delhi, Prof Yogesh Singh said that the students of University of Delhi will play an important role in making India a developed nation by 2047. On this occasion, an orientation program was also organized for the newly admitted MBA students of International Business (IB), Human Resource Development (HRD) and Business Analytics (BA) of the Department of Commerce.

Regarding the launch of MBA (Business Analytics) program, BR Shankaranand said that leadership has an important role in starting this program. Appreciating the leadership of the Vice-Chancellor Prof. Yogesh Singh regarding the beginning of new works in the University of Delhi, he said that when there is such a leadership, only development takes place and the chances of untoward incidents are very less.Shankaranand said that praise leads to pretentiousness while appreciation increases humility. Discussing in the Indian context, he said that today we have reached the stage of giving leadership to the world. Students should be aware of this. Leadership is also very important to bring the Indianness of India in front of the world. Shankaranand said that in today's time India's leadership is going to shine in the world.

Shankaranand said that India had put the sustainable model in front of the world. India had 30% of the world's trade, but after a long period of subordination, we became self-forgetful. Today is the time for upliftment. It's time to lead the world. He said that every nation has a soul and India's soul is spirituality. Without spirituality, India is just a dead body. Spirituality is needed to become Shiva. Culture is the embodiment of spirituality. Discussing about foreign mall culture in India, he said that malls cannot be thrown out of the country. Work has to be done on how to amalgamate the Indian culture with the mall culture. He said that there should be culture in business. Business models without spirituality lead to destruction. If the mutual relations in the organization are not like a family then no business or country can move forward. Calling upon the students, Sankaranand said that in the coming 25 years, India will be a developed nation and all of you should also have the same resolution. We have to make this dream come true by giving the best Indian leadership in the coming 25 years.

Vice Chancellor of University of Delhi Prof Yogesh Singh said in his presidential address that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has taken a pledge that India will be a developed nation by 2047. University of Delhi and its students will play an important role in this. Addressing the students, he said that by that time either you would be in leadership position or would be holding very important positions. So this new program, MBA (Business Analytics), is a very relevant program.

The Vice Chancellor said that to become a developed nation, our per capita income should be six times more than at present. For this we need 9% growth rate for the next 25 years. All this is possible only with Business Inventor. The Vice Chancellor said that Indians have done a great job in the computer revolution, but India as a nation has not been able to do that much. Referring to Indians in foreign companies, he said that we have many success stories of Indian people, but India's success stories are not that many. Now the time has come that the success stories of India should also come forward. We all can do this. Referring to India's UPI platform, he said that in the last 2-3 years this is a good success story of India which has come in front of the world. Now India is signing MoU with many more countries for its UPI. Thousands of such success stories should emerge from India in future.

The Vice Chancellor said that many good things are happening now. Startup is no longer a new word but it has become a reality. We have 120 unicorns, over 1 million startups. Today is the era of technology. If you are doing MBA from University of Delhi then give your 100% in it. Read new and good books. You will have to face competition everywhere. We cannot ignore it. Focus on the words creation and innovation. If we have to become a 30 trillion economy, then the basic things have to be brought out from India.
