“Now onwards, every year, 23rd August will be celebrated as the National Space Day” PM addresses Team ISRO on success of Chandrayaan-3

After arriving from Greece, the Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, addressed the ISRO Team and paid a visit to the ISRO Telemetry Tracking and Command Network (ISTRAC) in Bengaluru. The Prime Minister met and spoke with ISRO scientists working on the Chandrayaan-3 mission, and he also received an update on their discoveries and mission progress.

Speaking to the scientists, the Prime Minister said he was exceedingly happy to be visiting the ISRO Telemetry Tracking and Command Network (ISTRAC) in Bengaluru and noted how uncommon it is for the body and mind to experience such joy. The Prime Minister remarked that he felt exactly the same sentiments during his trip to South Africa and Greece, but he insisted that his thoughts were constantly on the Chandrayaan 3 Mission. The Prime Minister was referring to the few unique occasions in everyone's lives when impatience starts to take over. A visibly moved Prime Minister remarked that he was excited to come and thank the scientists for their diligence, dedication, courage, devotion, and enthusiasm despite the difficulty his last-minute preparations to visit the ISTRAC had caused the scientists at ISRO.

This is not a straightforward success, according to the prime minister. He claimed that this accomplishment signals India's supremacy in science across the universe. "India is on the Moon, We have our national pride placed on the Moon," yelled a jubilant Prime Minister. The Prime Minister emphasised this extraordinary accomplishment by stating, "This is the India of today, which is brave and unrelenting. India today thinks fresh and differently; it enters the shadows and sheds light on the outside world. In the twenty-first century, this India will offer solutions to the major issues facing the globe.

According to the prime minister, the touchdown has cemented its place in national consciousness forever. One of the most motivational moments of the 20th century was the touchdown. Every Indian saw it as their own triumph, he continued. For this enormous feat, the prime minister gave the scientists thanks.

According to the prime minister, the touchdown has etched itself into the collective mind of the country. "The touchdown is one of the most motivational events of the 20th century. Every Indian saw it as their personal triumph, he said. The scientists were given credit by the prime minister for this enormous accomplishment.

The day of Chandrayaan 3's soft landing on the moon, August 23, was proclaimed "National Space Day" by the prime minister. He asserted that National Space Day will honour the spirit of innovation, science, and technology while inspiring us for all time.

The space industry's power can be observed in the ease of living and ease of governance, according to the prime minister, who also pointed out that its capabilities go beyond satellite launches and space exploration. During the early years of his tenure as prime minister, ISRO organised a workshop for central government personnel at the Joint Secretary level. He spoke of the outstanding progress made in connecting governance and space applications. He spoke about the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, tele-medicine, and tele-education, as well as the importance of space technology in these initiatives.  He also discussed the NAVIC system's function and assistance during natural disasters.

The Prime Minister cited experts' predictions that India's space economy will grow from $8 billion to $16 billion in the following few years. While the government is working tirelessly to reform the space industry, the country's youth are also contributing, as the number of startups related to space has increased from 4 to around 150 during the past 4 years. The Prime Minister also encouraged students all around the nation to participate in a sizable quiz competition on the Chandrayaan mission that MyGov is hosting starting on September 1st.
