Prime Minister will lay the foundation stone for strengthening the Health infrastructure in Rajasthan

The Prime Minister will officially break ground on significant initiatives to improve Rajasthan's healthcare system. The 350-bed "Trauma Centre and Critical Care Hospital Block" at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences in Jodhpur is one of the projects, and seven Critical Care Blocks are being built as part of the Pradhan Mantri - Ayushman Bharat Health Infrastructure Mission (PM-ABHIM) in Rajasthan. At AIIMS Jodhpur, an integrated complex for "Trauma, Emergency and Critical Care" will be built for more than Rs 350 crore.

Numerous facilities will be included, including triage, diagnostics, nursery, wards, private rooms, modular operating rooms, intensive care units and dialysis spaces. It will introduce a wholistic approach to the management of trauma and emergency cases by offering patients interdisciplinary and thorough care. The people of Rajasthan will benefit from the seven Critical Care Blocks that will improve district-level critical care facilities.

At the Jodhpur Airport, the Prime Minister will also put down the cornerstone for the construction of the state-of-the-art New Terminal Building. The New Terminal Building, which will be constructed for a total of Rs 480 crore, would cover an area of around 24,000 square metres and be ready to serve 2,500 passengers during peak hours. The 35 lakh passengers it would serve yearly will improve connectivity and increase tourism in the area.

The IIT Jodhpur campus will also be dedicated to the nation by the prime minister. The cutting-edge complex was constructed for more than Rs 1135 crore. It is a step towards delivering high-quality holistic education and creating the necessary infrastructure to enable innovative research and development projects.

Prime Minister will dedicate the nation "central instrumentation laboratory," "staff quarters," and "yoga & sports sciences building" for upgrading the infrastructure at Central University of Rajasthan.  The Central Library, a 600-bed hostel, and a dining hall for students at the Central University of Rajasthan will all have their foundations laid by him.

The Prime Minister will lay the cornerstone for numerous road development projects, including the four-laning of the Karwar to Dangiyawas Section of the Jodhpur Ring Road on NH-125A; the construction of seven Bypasses/Re-alignments of Major Town Portions of the Balotra to Sanderao Section via Jalore (NH-325); and the project for the four-laning of the Pachpadra-Bagundi Section of NH-25. The total cost of these road developments will be around Rs 1475 crore.  The Jodhpur Ring Road will aid in reducing the city's vehicle pollution and easing traffic congestion. The initiatives will contribute to increased connectivity, fostering trade, the creation of jobs, and regional economic expansion.
